Job summary

Action Group Staffing in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for a manufacturing facility. You will support inventory accuracy, cycle counting, material tracking, and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires routine cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and accurate recordkeeping. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8a–5p, with starting pay of $18.00/hr DOE and weekly pay. Experience with ERP systems and Excel is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior inventory control or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Manufacturing inventory, WIP, material transaction, or inventory auditing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with warehouse, production, purchasing, and other departments to resolve inventory issues.
