Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to support our robot manufacturing lines in Salem, OR. You will ensure materials are accurately counted, planned, and distributed to sustain production schedules, with a focus on inventory accuracy and efficient workflow.

You will perform cycle counts, manage bin replenishments, and work with ERP/MRP systems to track movement. The role requires strong organization, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 2+ years in warehouse/stocking environment.
• Experience using MRP systems to perform transactions, counts, picking, and generating reports.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment and perform warehouse operations safely.
• Ability to evaluate processes and workflow and make recommendations for improvement.
• Able to lift 50 pounds, excellent visual acuity, and manual dexterity to handle small parts.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Pick, stage, and deliver items to production bins used in assembly cells.
• Perform bin replenishments for production bins and manage inventory locations.
• Pick, count and move inventory using ERP software to track inventory.
• Perform put-away actions for arriving inventory and keep materials organized.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and lead 5S daily inspections.
