Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 3 years warehouse experience, or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
• At least 1 year using a warehouse management system with reporting tools.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory and cycle counts to maintain accurate records.
• Complete monthly stock reduction and reconcile discrepancies.
• Investigate discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage returns and re-incorporate items into inventory.
• Process damaged materials and determine disposal or return actions.
• Coordinate stock transfers between locations with proper documentation.
• Oversee quarantine, inspection, and testing of items before restock.
• Organize stock locations for efficient picking and restocking.
• Safely operate forklifts and follow safety policies.
• Lead and develop the team; conduct performance reviews and discipline.
• Promote clear communication up and down the organization.
• Plan daily workflow with warehouse staff and other managers.
• Investigate accidents and near misses; implement corrective measures.
• Ensure attendance and on-site presence as needed.
