Job summary

Spectra Logic Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse operations, receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering materials to manufacturing lines. You will ensure accurate inventory transactions, cycle counts, and material handling to maintain high inventory accuracy and timely part availability.

Responsibilities

• Transfer parts and materials to manufacturing lines and other departments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Receive, store, and organize incoming parts in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Communicate with internal departments in person, by email, and via instant messaging.
• Monitor inventory reports, investigate discrepancies, and take corrective action.
