This largely office-based role (about 99% in an office) may require occasional trips to the warehouse to investigate invoice discrepancies, verify inventory, or inspect products.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shift Support: Communicate route audit findings and updates; generate route maps; read and relay shift updates; run reports.
• Shorts Management: Group and verify product shortages; research substitutions; notify management of shortages; confirm inventory shortages with photos.
• Route Closing: Ensure shortages addressed and catch weights are accurate; close all routes at shift end.
• Documentation & Administrative Support: Email out sheets and paperwork; print invoices; upload docs to Teams; maintain records and assist with write-ups.
