Job summary

Lineage is seeking an Inventory Clerk for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6am-2:30pm) in Bedford Park, IL. You will maintain records for inventory, purchasing, shipping, and data related to orders and receiving materials. The role includes cycle counting, damages investigations, and ensuring accurate product IDs.

You will work in cold and dry storage environments, lift up to 40 lbs, and operate warehouse equipment while following safety standards. Pay range is $19.18–$32.40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions in English or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage with PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Put together data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Look into damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Find product IDs, conduct cycle counts regularly and assist in physical inventories.
• Verify accuracy of shipping orders by cross-referencing catalogs, manuals, and product lists.
• Operate warehouse material handling equipment following safety standards.
