Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Hazle Township, PA is seeking an Inventory Control Technician to manage cycle counts, records, and data related to ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products within the facility.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, comfort with cold storage environments, and flexibility to work a Monday-Thursday night schedule with a $24/hr base pay plus a $1/hr shift differential. On-the-job training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions in the official language with Lineage Logistics policy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in cold storage temperatures and in dry storage with appropriate PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain records of inventories via cycle counting, claims management and accounts administration.
• Manage data related to ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products for/from the facility.
• Order shipping materials, supplies and equipment to maintain inventory throughout the facility.
• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Put together data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Look into damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Find product to ensure correct product ID and conduct cycle counts.
• Verify accuracy of shipping orders using stock numbers and product IDs.
• Review files to find unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products.
• Operate warehouse material handling equipment following safety standards.
