Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Bedford Park, Illinois, is seeking personnel for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6am-2:30pm) to manage inventory records, data from orders and invoices, and order replenishment. You will operate warehouse equipment while adhering to safety standards and environmental conditions.

The role requires attention to detail, problem-solving, and comfort with cross-functional data tasks. A flexible schedule, weekend shifts if needed, and a strong team mindset are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to work in temperatures ranging from -20°F to 100°F in cold/dry storage environments.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Put together data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Look into damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Find product to ensure correct product ID and conduct cycle counts regularly.
• Verify accuracy of shipping orders using catalogs and product lists.
• Review files to identify unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products.
• Operate warehouse material handling equipment following safety standards.
