Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring an Inventory Control Technician to manage inventory records, cycle counts, and data from orders and invoices. The role requires attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to work in cold and warm storage environments, with a minimum 40 lb lifting capacity.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in cold storage (-20°F/-25°C) or dry storage (up to 100°F/37°C) with PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Compile data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Investigate damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Locate product to verify correct product ID and conduct cycle counts.
• Review stock numbers, pallet IDs, and substitutions to verify shipping accuracy.
• Recommend disposal of excess or damaged items after reviewing files.
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety standards.
