Job summary

You will partner with Supervisors to ensure process compliance, leverage SAP and other tools, and monitor metrics while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of inventory control principles and warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and inventory management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily direction and support to Inventory Control associates and Material Handlers.
• Coordinating workflow and prioritizing tasks to meet operational requirements.
• Supporting inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Training, coaching, and mentoring team members.
• Monitoring compliance with inventory procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Assisting with troubleshooting inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Supporting material flow activities and cross-functional coordination.
• Tracking performance metrics and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
