Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Wisconsin to ensure smooth daily operations, supervise Clerks, and support the shift from 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Sundays through Tuesdays, plus every other Wednesday.

The role focuses on safety, accuracy of material transfers, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The candidate will oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control, coach team members, and maintain SAP data integrity while handling escalations and reporting needs within a dynamic

Qualifications

Experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution environment.
Leadership or lead/training experience preferred.
Experience operating material handling equipment.
Basic to advanced computer skills including SAP and warehouse software.

Responsibilities

Promote a safe work environment by following all safety policies.
Coordinate material transfers for received, distributed, and shipped goods.
Lead and support Warehouse Clerks and guide operations in the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor.
Resolve shipping delays, inventory discrepancies, and transfer concerns.
Provide on-the-job training for warehouse processes, SAP transactions, and material handling procedures.
Ensure accurate movement, sorting, and timely shipping of materials.
Support leadership with escalations, staffing updates, attendance tracking, and reporting.
Maintain SAP data integrity and proper documentation.
