Job summary

Graza in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an Inventory Control & Systems Associate to join our Fulfillment and Logistics team. You will safeguard inventory data between ERP/WMS systems and external warehouses, support automation projects, and keep data synchronized during rapid growth.

This role is deeply analytical and operational, requiring 4+ years in CPG operations or inventory control, strong Excel skills, experience with 3PL networks, and a mindset for process improvement in a fast-moving,

Qualifications

• 4+ years in CPG operations, data analysis or inventory control.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with pivot tables/dashboards.
• Experience with ERP and WMS platforms; experience with automation/ETL tools preferred.
• Analytical mindset; able to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organization and cross-functional communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity between ERP/WMS systems and external warehouse partners.
• Lead automation projects and develop data-driven processes to replace manual workflows.
• Support special warehouse projects and retail kitting initiatives.
