Job summary

HeiTech Services, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control & Supply Specialist to manage the accurate receipt, tracking, movement, and reporting of materials in a high‑volume Pueblo warehouse. You will perform cycle counts and annual inventories, maintain inventory records and SOPs, generate weekly and monthly reports, and coordinate work priorities with supervisors while ensuring safety and quality procedures.

• At least one year of inventory control or related experience.
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Experience with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Pueblo, CO five days a week.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, and movement of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records.
• Prepare print orders and related documents (SF-1 forms).
• Generate weekly and monthly inventory, operating, and financial reports.
• Conduct cycle counts and annual inventories.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain SOPs and update inventory records.
• Provide day‑to‑day task direction to assigned personnel and coordinate priorities with supervisors.
• Support receiving, order fulfillment, material handling, and other warehouse activities.
