Job summary

Bio-Techne is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to maintain accurate inventory records and support ERP-driven material movements in our warehouse and production environment. You will work with multiple teams to resolve discrepancies and improve inventory control processes.

Qualifications include a High School diploma (or equivalent) with 2–4 years of related experience; knowledge of ERP systems and Excel; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
An associate degree is preferred and up to 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records through timely and accurate ERP transactions.
Pick and stage materials for production orders and internal customer requests.
Post receipts for incoming raw materials and finished goods received from suppliers.
Perform inventory put-away activities and ensure materials are stored in designated inventory locations.
Create and process ERP transactions and inventory journals related to material movements, adjustments, transfers, and scrap.
Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate variances, shortages, overages, and transaction discrepancies.
Perform cycle counts and support annual physical inventory activities.
