Job summary

TCAH is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to provide accurate, timely inventory data to the Purchasing Manager and support strategic procurement decisions. The role involves monitoring inventory, receiving shipments, and ensuring materials are properly distributed across programs at multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in inventory control or related fields, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with ERP systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications or training are a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, purchasing support, or related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stay on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory across multiple locations and coordinate with warehouse teams.
  • Receive, inspect, and reconcile incoming shipments with purchase orders.
  • Utilize inventory management software to track stock in real time and generate reports.
  • Conduct regular counts and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
  • Distribute inventory to programs and stakeholders and support safety standards.
