Qualifications

• Six Sigma/lean certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Inventory Control Specialists and ensure inventory integrity.
• Lead cycle counts and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
• Implement training programs and assess associate proficiency.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and ISO requirements.
• Lead internal and external audits related to inventory management.
• Resolve system-related issues and report on KPIs.
• Oversee attendance and performance management to foster a high-performing team.
