You will supervise inventory control activities, coordinate cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits, and partner with Receiving, Shipping, and Operations to ensure precise records and efficient movement.

The role requires experience with WMS and ERP systems, knowledge of inventory control principles, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management preferred.
• 3+ years of distribution or manufacturing experience.
• 1–3 years supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and warehouse operations.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems; Oracle strongly preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Manages and maintains safe operating practices and conditions within assigned work areas.
• Supervises work of others, planning, assigning, scheduling, and training staff while ensuring quality standards.
• Coaches hourly associates to meet production, quality, attendance, and other standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels meeting company standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Oversee daily cycle count activities and physical inventory programs.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and determine root causes.
• Monitor inventory transactions for receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments.
• Partner with Receiving, Shipping, and Operations teams to document inventory movement.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports (accuracy, cycle counts, adjustments, obsolete, damaged).
• Review inventory trends and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Maintain safety guidelines and promote open communication about compliance.
