Job summary

InterMetro Industries is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor in Murfreesboro, TN to lead inventory accuracy and control programs across the distribution center. You will partner with operations, receiving, shipping, quality, and customer service to ensure records are correct and discrepancies are minimized.

You will supervise inventory control staff, mentor associates, and serve as SME for inventory processes, WMS, and accuracy initiatives while driving safety and efficiency in daily

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in distribution or manufacturing setting.
• 1-3 years of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and warehouse operations.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems; Oracle strongly preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels meeting company standards.
• Develop and monitor inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Oversee cycle count activities and physical inventory programs.
• Investigate discrepancies and determine root causes; perform reconciliations.
