Job summary

DHL Supply Chain seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead the non-exempt team and ensure accurate inventory records according to client SLAs. You will drive process improvements and coordinate with operations leadership to support excellence.

Requirements include a high school diploma, with a bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; familiarity with JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, and SAP is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent 4 years of experience.
• Experience with inventory control and related processes.
• Knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP, etc.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coordinate daily activities of the non-exempt Inventory Control Team.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, shrink, and service levels per SLAs.
• Ensure proper documentation for customer and auditors.
• Maintain safe, clean, and fair work environment; conduct performance reviews.
• Train associates and enforce company policies.
