Job summary

Designer Brands is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead accuracy and performance across the distribution center in Columbus, OH. You will oversee daily inventory control activities, audits, and adjustments while guiding a team to meet service levels and governance standards.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong analytics, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional groups to optimize processes, support store and eCommerce needs, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in inventory control or DC operations.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory control activities to support accuracy.
• Coordinate cycle counting, audits, reconciliations, and adjustments.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team to meet goals.
