Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead the non-exempt inventory team, ensure accuracy, and maintain service levels under the client SLA. The role reports to Operations Leadership and focuses on process improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years of experience, and knowledge of JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent 4 years experience.
• Some knowledge of inventory control preferred.
• Knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP, etc. required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer inventory control accuracy and shrink contractual requirements / service level agreements are monitored and reported timely to site leadership.
• Maximize the performance of inventory processes and systems for care, custody, and control of customer inventory; ensure accuracy on floor and in customer books.
• Provide required documentation to customers and auditors in support of compliance requirements.
• Maintain a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for associates.
• Conduct associate performance reviews and development plans.
• Ensure company policies are communicated, administered, and enforced at appropriate levels.
• Ensure associates have proper training and access to necessary tools.
