Job summary

Cart.com is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor in the Terrell, TX area to lead a team of 6 in daily inventory operations. You will drive accuracy, teach SOPs, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize stock levels and cycle counts.

You will analyze KPIs, report on SLA performance, and implement improvements across processes and the WMS. Excellent Excel skills and bilingual Spanish are valued.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Inventory Control or a similar environment.
• 2+ years of people leadership within Inventory Control.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide expectations and support in hiring and development of IC staff
• Develop and deploy inventory strategy and process for inventory control team in support of organizational goals and direction.
• Measure and report KPI and SLA performance.
• Provide guidance for inventory analysis, SOPs, and Physical Inventories
• Provide data for QBR presentations to review KPI/SLA performance, trend analysis, improvement plans, and WMS enhancement suggestions.
