Job summary

Cart.com is seeking an Operations Supervisor-Inventory in Terrell, TX to lead a 6-person inventory team. You will drive inventory strategy, implement SOPs, and ensure KPI/SLA targets are met while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support peak periods.

The role emphasizes process discipline, staff development, and data-driven improvements, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and scalability in a fast-paced ecommerce 3PL environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Inventory Control or equivalent environment.
• 2+ years people leader experience within Inventory Control.
• Advanced level in Excel.
• Bilingual Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide expectations and support in hiring and development of IC staff.
• Develop and deploy inventory strategy and process for inventory control team.
• Measure and report KPI and SLA performance.
• Provide data for QBR presentations to review KPI/SLA performance, trend analysis, improvement plans, and WMS enhancement suggestions.
