• Three years in inventory control, warehousing, sales & product knowledge required.
• HACCP compliant training and strong understanding of inventory control procedures.
• Must understand distribution processes and customer billing/credit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control and supervise one or more Inventory Control Clerks.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and adjust inventory records.
• Coordinate recalls and ensure HACCP compliance and policy adherence.
• Audit receiving and stocking procedures and train staff on policy.
