US Foods is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to uphold inventory accuracy and product quality across our distribution center. You will perform clerical and stock-control tasks, ensuring precise records and timely replenishment to support efficient shipping and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, and prior inventory or clerical experience is preferred. This role offers daytime hours and growth opportunities within a Fortune 150 foodservice leader.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous inventory control, warehouse, logistics, or clerical experience preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory control practices and HACCP requirements preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Compile records from ordering, shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse management systems.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder requirements.
• Prepare and verify inventory replenishment requests.
• Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and quality control procedures.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory documentation and filing systems.
• Communicate inventory concerns with warehouse leadership and purchasing teams.
• Perform additional clerical duties as assigned.
