Qualifications

• Experience with receiving, tracking, and reconciling inventory in retail or grocery environments.
• Basic computer skills including email, Excel, and store portals or inventory systems.
• Ability to monitor damaged, expired, or salvageable merchandise and process returns for credit accurately.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain backroom cleanliness, security, and order.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Direct Store Delivery (DSD) operations and ensure accurate receiving, stocking and inventory control.
• Walk the store daily to scan items, identify stock issues, and coordinate with order writers, night crew, merchandisers, and clerks.
• Communicate with Store Director to support inventory accuracy and promotional execution.
• Maintain secure, clean, and organized backroom and receiving areas and monitor donations.
