Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Shift Coordinator at the Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN. You will work closely with team members to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and security, while coordinating tasks across shifts and maintaining effective communication.

You will use WMS and other systems to monitor progress, train staff, and enforce safety and loss prevention policies, with a focus on high-quality customer service and attendance.

Qualifications

• College degree or relevant work experience.
• Experience with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar applications.

Responsibilities

• Know how differing operating activities impact the distribution center.
• Use in-house systems to track and monitor work activities.
• Prioritize and assign tasks to associates to achieve work goals.
• Communicate daily work goals to team and coordinate against action plans.
• Monitor associates’ performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Train associates per the Procedures manual and safety rules.
