iAnthus Capital Management seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee all inventory management at our facility. This hands-on role requires a detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and work the early morning shift.

Responsibilities include counting, reconciling, and coordinating with procurement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing systems to reduce shrinkage. A 40-hour week with holiday work is typical.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics experience (cannabis industry experience preferred).
• Proven ability to maintain accurate records and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to implement systems and maintain order.
• Comfort with early morning shifts and a physical, on-your-feet role.
• Experience with inventory management systems and software platforms.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts for accuracy and accountability.
• Collaborate with national procurement to monitor supply levels, deliveries, and orders.
• Maintain organized, clearly labeled warehouse; implement organizational systems within 30 days.
• Assist in receiving deliveries by starting the workday at 3:00 AM.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company protocols for inventory handling.
• Develop and implement processes to improve inventory accuracy, minimize shrinkage, and streamline distribution.
• Supervise warehouse team members with training in inventory best practices.
