iAnthus Capital Management is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee all inventory management at our facility in a fast-paced environment. You will conduct counts, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with procurement to maintain stock levels.

The role requires 3+ years in inventory or logistics, strong organization, and willingness to work 3:00 AM starts. This exempt, full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and room to grow within a leading cannabis operator.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics experience.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work early morning shifts in a physically active role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts with accuracy.
• Collaborate with national procurement to monitor stock levels and orders.
• Maintain organized warehouse with labeling and systems within 30 days.
• Assist in receiving deliveries starting at 3:00 AM.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and internal protocols.
• Develop processes to improve inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
• Supervise warehouse team and train on inventory best practices.
