Job summary

Clark Associates seeks an Inventory Control Assistant Manager to support the Inventory Control Manager in overseeing the facility's inventory control operations, expediting, product placement, and maximizing cubic efficiency. Collaborate with leadership on SOPs, problem solving, and cross-shift coordination to meet directives.

The role involves nights, Monday–Thursday, 6PM–4:30AM, with a base salary up to $70,000 plus a 10% shift differential based on experience.

Qualifications

• Train, coach, develop and hold accountable up to 25 employees to achieve operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of Inventory Control, including facilitating customer re-shipment requests and removing roadblocks for the shipping department.
• Maintain a high degree of inventory accuracy, complying with Cycle Counts and Audits.
• Establish collaborative relationships with procurement and other departments to improve processes.
• Lead weekly and monthly meetings to discuss metrics, improvements, and project updates.
• Provide training on issue resolution and effective communication across teams.
