Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead a team in inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and ERP/WMS processes. You will drive efficiency, accuracy, and on-time fulfillment while coaching staff and maintaining safety standards in a manufacturing setting.

You will oversee shift staffing, performance reviews, and back-up support for the Manager, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient with computers and MS Excel.
• Ability to understand procedures, systems and data.
• Solid understanding of inventory control principles and how they impact operations.
• Experience managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Development mindset with willingness to coach and grow a team.
• Experience with WMS, RF scan guns and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team to manage day-to-day inventory operations and programs in assigned area.
• Monitors performance, provides feedback, and takes corrective action as needed.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, promotion and termination processes as required.
• Ensures adequate staffing and creates shift schedules according to workload.
• Serves as back-up for the Manager and approves payroll in Kronos.
• Drives safety, culture, and compliance across the team.
