Milwaukee Tool is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead a 2nd shift team at our Distribution Center. You will manage daily operations, staffing, and ensure accurate receiving, processing, storing and shipping of products.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse or distribution center team.
• Strong communication to coach and motivate staff.
• Demonstrated ability to improve safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team to manage day-to-day operations and activities in the distribution area.
• Sets schedules and staffing, conducts shift start-up meetings.
• Leads performance reviews and provides ongoing feedback to team leads and associates.
• Ensures safety, culture, and compliance across the shift.
• Acts as back-up for Manager and final payroll approver in Kronos.
