Clemens Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Operator 2 to join our distribution team. You will pick items from refrigerated and freezer zones, build stable pallets, and stage them for outbound shipments using an electric rider pallet jack. Attention to detail, independence, and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 80–100 lbs.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Preferred: prior warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric pallet jack (lowboy) to pick orders by layer
• Navigate refrigerated and freezer warehouse zones to fulfill orders
• Accurately build and wrap pallets (wood or CHEP) for staging
• Use touch screen scanner for picking and inventory tracking
• Participate in daily stretching/team huddles at 5:00 AM and 1:00 PM
• Assist in receiving and put-away of new inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
