St. Charles Health System is seeking a Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator to ensure inventory accuracy in the Bend main warehouse and additional locations. The role focuses on skilled Workday processes, cycle counting, and maintaining medical supplies and implants for clinical teams.

Key duties include auditing Workday inventories, managing vendor relationships for perioperative supplies, and training staff on inventory management within Workday. Healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Accounting, or related field is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee inventory accuracy in assigned location(s).
• Coordinate and execute cycle count processes.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and reduce waste or killed items to zero.
• Ensure Workday accuracy and address inventory faults or accounting errors.
• Perform daily physical inventory and audits to prevent stock outs.
• Maintain organized storage, labeling, and rotation of products.
• Support policy updates and process improvements within the department.
• Train Supply Chain Technicians on Workday inventory practices.
