You will oversee inventory in the Bend main warehouse and other locations, manage Workday processes, and coordinate cycles and counts to prevent stockouts. The role emphasizes maintaining accurate records, training technicians, and partnering with buyers to optimize inventory and reduce waste.

Qualifikationen

• Three (3) years of increasing responsibility in Supply Chain or related field.
• One (1) year inventory management.

Aufgaben

• Oversee inventory accuracy in assigned locations.
• Coordinate and execute the cycle count process.
• Investigate inventory problems (e.g., killed items, receipts, stock transfers).
• Ensure Workday accuracy and audit processes to prevent inaccuracies.
• Perform daily physical inventory assessments and inventory walks.
• Maintain organized storage/handling and rotate product.
• Train Supply Chain Technicians in Workday-based inventory management.
• Provide reporting on supply utilization, ordering trends and standardization.
• Maintain Min/Max levels and adjust by usage.
• Support Lean VIP principles and continuous improvement.
