Job summary

Buffalo Rock Company is seeking an Inventory Clerk for the Central Hub in Birmingham, AL. The role focuses on monitoring inventory levels, performing regular counts, and ensuring accurate stock in the Vertique System using our WMS.

You will also move products with a forklift and report discrepancies to the Inventory Supervisor. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of inventory experience with WMS, is comfortable with MS Excel, and can participate in EOM and EOY counts as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year inventory experience with warehouse management systems.
• Forklift experience (sit-down/stand-up) preferred.
• Experience with MS Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular counts.
• Maintain stock accuracy and document discrepancies.
• Operate forklift to move products as needed.
• Use RF scanners and WMS for inventory transactions.
• Reconcile counts and support daily Vertique System startup.
• Generate inventory reports and ensure timely cycles.
