All Surfaces in Wood Dale, IL is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate warehouse records, perform cycle counts, and minimize discrepancies while supporting efficient operations. This role requires 3+ years in inventory control, knowledge of WMS, and ability to work with Epicor P21 is a plus.

The position is Monday–Friday, 1st shift. You will verify quantities, stage orders, pack and load, and ensure safe, compliant warehouse practices in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of inventory control, warehouse, or distribution center experience.
• Knowledge of inventory auditing procedures.
• Experience with WMS; Epicor P21 a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Verify inventory accuracy in the WMS and reconcile counts.
• Track product movement and ensure correct warehouse locations.
• Generate inventory reports and analyze variance trends.
• Support forecasting and inventory planning efforts.
• Assist with order fulfillment, packing, loading, and unloading.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Inspect incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow OSHA regulations.
