Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC in Woodridge, IL is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to perform quarterly cycle counts, adjust inventory in the WMS, and maintain item-level accuracy. You will monitor lot tracking, spoilage, mis-picks, and shelf life data, ensuring timely action with the Inventory Control team.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to operate MHE safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; warehouse experience may substitute.
• Basic math and data entry skills; attention to detail essential.
• Ability to read product data, safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to operate MHE safely and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly cycle counts to ensure perpetual inventory accuracy.
• Enter adjustments in the WMS to support planning and reporting.
• Identify and report potential inventory losses (expired, damaged).
• Correct mis-located products and document incidents for follow-up.
• Process outbound returns, recalls, and other shipments as needed.
• Operate MHE safely and perform daily equipment checks.
