Job summary

All Tile CCS in Wood Dale, IL is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, verify WMS data, and minimize discrepancies while supporting warehouse operations.

You will monitor stock levels, track product movement, prepare reports, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment and safe handling of materials in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inventory control, warehouse, or distribution center experience.
• Experience with inventory auditing procedures.
• Experience in the flooring/building materials industry is a plus.
• Experience working with WMS; Epicor P21 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Verify inventory accuracy in the WMS and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock availability.
• Track product movement throughout the warehouse.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team on order fulfillment and loading/unloading.
• Generate inventory reports and analyze variances; support forecasting and planning.
• Place inventory into designated storage locations and ensure proper storage.
