Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience in inventory control.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and RF scanners.
• Ability to communicate clearly across levels of the organization.
• Physically capable of performing inventory audits and working in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor WMS and ERP screens to research discrepancies.
• Perform cycle counting and bin audits to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances and errors.
• Provide feedback to cycle counters on performance and quality of counts.
• Approve or reject inventory counts per company thresholds.
• Use RF devices to conduct audits and count cycles as needed.
• Document corrective actions and communicate results with business partners.
