ODW Logistics is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain cycle counts and manage the RMA inbound and hold areas, upholding safety, security and productivity standards at our Groveport, OH facility. The role involves daily cycle counts, count requests, and safe operation of powered equipment with RF scanners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Warehouse management system experience, including RF scanners and/or Voice (Preferred).
• Must possess a high energy level and be willing and eager to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment dedicated to safety, customer satisfaction, and achievement of quality and productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Protect the accuracy, integrity and salability of inventory and adhere to SOPs and cycle count accuracy expectations.
• Perform daily Cycle Counts and Count Requests, and manage RMA, Inbound and Hold Areas.
• Safely and efficiently use power equipment (forklift, standup, walkie-rider) and utilize RF scanners.
• Inspect equipment and report issues to maintenance.
• Comply with OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
