Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory control or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of the organization.
• Physically capable of performing inventory audits and working in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift and reach lift experience preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Monitor WMS inventory screens to research and resolve inventory discrepancies including cycle counting and audits.
• Monitor ERP inventory screens to research and resolve system variances and transaction errors.
• Respond to business partner requests by checking on-hand inventory and comparing to the system.
• Research discrepant inventory and physically search for lost/misplaced inventory.
• Perform inventory adjustments from cycle count activities and partner requests.
• Assign and monitor work distributed to cycle counters.
• Provide feedback to cycle counters on daily performance and quality of counts.
