Job summary

MSI in Orange, CA is hiring an Inventory Specialist to oversee cycle counting and ensure inventory accuracy. The role requires 1 year of inventory experience and forklift operation within a warehouse environment.

The position is full-time with standard weekday hours and some Saturday shifts. Compensation ranges hourly with potential bonuses, and MSI offers extensive benefits and employee programs.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent required.
• 1 year of inventory experience required.
• 1-2 years of Warehouse experience.
• One year of experience operating a Forklift.
• Ability to use a computer or tablet a plus.
• Good communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents, gather and maintain all data relative to shipping activities.
• Conducting and managing the physical inventory process of all products.
• Monitor and/or conduct physical inventory counts, analyze variances and reconcile discrepancies. Determine the inventory difference and implement corrective actions.
• Conducting cycle counting daily.
• Operate equipment such as forklift, overhead crane, pallet jacks and more safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work environment.
• Perform additional duties as required.
