Job summary

MSI in Orange, CA is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist responsible for cycle counting and inventory integrity. You will conduct regular counts, maintain records of incoming/outgoing stock, identify variances, and implement inventory controls.

Work hours are Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus two Saturdays monthly 6:00 AM–11:30 AM. The role is Associate level, full-time, paying $19.75–$22.75 per hour, with overtime at 1.5x; new hires typically earn $49k–$65k annually depending on

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent required.
• 1 year of inventory experience required.
• 1-2 years of Warehouse experience
• One year of experience operating a Forklift
• Ability to use a computer or tablet a plus
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents, gather and maintain data related to shipping activities.
• Conduct and manage the physical inventory process of all products.
• Monitor and/or conduct physical inventory counts, analyze variances and reconcile discrepancies; determine differences and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct cycle counting on a daily basis.
• Operate equipment such as forklift, overhead crane, pallet jacks and more safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work environment.
• Perform additional duties as required and requested.
