Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, or material-handling is preferred.
• Ability to accurately count, record, and verify inventory quantities.
• Basic computer skills; ability to learn ERP or inventory systems.
• Read and understand item numbers, lot numbers, labels, and inventory records.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication with multiple departments.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Complete inventory receipts, transfers, adjustments, and other transactions in the system.
• Maintain physical and system inventory by item, lot, and location.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
• Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Monitor inventory levels and flag shortages or discrepancies.
• Move materials to production and return unused materials to inventory.
• Maintain traceability and follow FIFO/FEFO where applicable.
• Follow GMPs, food safety requirements, and warehouse procedures.
