Job summary

F&S Fresh Foods, based in Vineland, NJ, is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate to ensure inventory accuracy, perform regular cycle counts, and maintain organized warehouse storage for smooth production flows. You will use handheld RF scanners, enter data into the Warehouse Management System, stage orders for production lines, and investigate discrepancies while upholding OSHA safety standards.

The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control.
• Proficiency with RF scanners and basic computer apps; WMS experience is a plus.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Sort and label stock, placing items in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories for exact data.
• Identify, investigate, and report stock discrepancies or damages.
• Use handheld RF scanners and enter data into the WMS in real time.
• Stage orders accurately for production lines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse per OSHA.
