Job summary

CORT Tradeshow and Events is hiring an Inventory Control Clerk to oversee inventory and transfers for our CORT location. The role requires hands-on warehouse work, with occasional deliveries, to ensure the right product is available when needed.

Pay is $22/hour and weekends are required. Ideal candidates have prior computerized inventory control experience, shipping/receiving and warehouse experience, plus strong planning and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years inventory, shipping & receiving, warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and move furniture.

Responsibilities

• Receives new product into the warehouse and processes it into the electronic inventory database.
• Provides clerical support for asset team.
• Ensures product is cleaned, repaired and stored according to company standards.
• Ensures correct warehouse location and accurate inventory in system.
• Conducts product cycle counts.
• Makes purchase recommendations for parts and shop materials based on minimums.
• Reviews transfers and maintains distribution records.
• Responds to transfers and availability inquiries from other CORT locations.
• Assists on warehouse floor or at event deliveries as needed.
