Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated inventory associate to manage store inventory for our park retail operation, including receiving, tracking, storing, and distributing merchandise. You will maintain accurate records and assist with merchandising as needed, working under the Retail Manager.

The role supports replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention, while operating in a fast-paced environment with safety as a priority. Requires basic Windows use and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Basic Windows computer use; POS system knowledge preferred.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, receive, process, and distribute all retail merchandise and supplies.
• Track incoming shipments with daily receiving logs and verify against POs and invoices.
• Enter purchase orders and receiving information into the inventory system.
• Maintain inventory records and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and assist with quarterly/annual inventories.
• Assist merchandising and stock replenishment and create appealing displays.
• Train associates on receiving, stockroom procedures, and inventory control.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment and adhere to PPE guidelines.
