Job summary

Guest Services seeks an Inventory Controller to maintain accurate stock records and support the retail operation. You will receive, process, track, and distribute merchandise while ensuring inventory accuracy through cycle counts and data entry.

You will assist with merchandising, inventory management, and daily retail operations under the Retail Manager's supervision. A high school diploma and basic Windows/POS skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• General Windows-based computer use; knowledge of retail POS system preferred.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, receive, process, and distribute all retail merchandise and supplies.
• Track shipments; verify accuracy against purchase orders and invoices.
• Enter purchase orders and receiving information into the inventory system.
• Label, store, rotate, and prepare merchandise for distribution.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; resolve discrepancies and shortages/overages.
• Assist with weekly cycle counts and annual inventories.
