Job summary

The Park is seeking a Merchandise & Inventory Coordinator to manage day-to-day inventory control, merchandise processing, and administrative tasks supporting the park's retail operation. You will work closely with the Retail Merchandise Manager to ensure accurate stock, proper receiving, labeling, and timely replenishment, while providing opening/closing support and guest service.

This role requires strong organization, experience with POS and inventory systems, and flexibility to cover peak

Qualifications

• Experience in retail inventory control and merchandise administration.
• Familiarity with golf/resort/hospitality environments is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and standard business applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records through established control procedures.
• Coordinate tagging, ticketing, and labeling for pricing.
• Process merchandise transfers and document purchases.
• Conduct physical and cycle counts; report discrepancies.
• Provide stockroom organization and daily flow between receiving and floor.
